Exclusion of liability

1. Content of the online offer

The author does not assume any guarantee for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author related to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of any information provided or the use of incorrect and incomplete information are excluded in principle, unless either deliberate or gross negligence on the part of the author can be proven.

All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The author explicitly reserves the right to change, add or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate announcement, or to discontinue publication temporarily or finally.

2. Referrals and links

For direct or indirect referrals to external websites ("hyperlinks") that lie outside the author’s area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only become effective if the author is aware of the contents and it would be technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent usage in the event of unlawful contents.

The author hereby explicitly declares that at the time of placing the link, no illegal contents were perceptible on the sites to be linked. The author does not have any influence whatsoever on the current and future layout, contents or authorship of the linked sites that were changed after placing the link. Hence, he explicitly dissociates himself from all contents of the linked sites which were changed after placing the link. This declaration is valid for all links and referrals within the author's own Internet offer and also for entries by third persons in the guest books established by the author, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and all other kinds of data bases, where external write access on the content is possible. For illegal, defective or incomplete contents and especially for claims arising as a result of the use or non-use of this type of given information, the supplier of the site to which they refer is exclusively liable, not the person who merely refers to the respective publication via links.

3. Copyright and labelling law

The author makes every effort in all publications to respect the copyrights of the used images, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts and to use images, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts that were produced by himself, or to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts that not require a licence.

All brands and trademarks which are listed or maybe protected by third parties within the Internet offer and are unrestrictedly subject to the provisions of the single valid labelling law and rights of possession of the respective registered owners. The mere mention alone does not signify that brand names are not protected by third party rights!

The copyright for published material created by the author remains the property of the author of the pages. Copies or the use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not allowed without the explicit consent of the author.

4. Data protection

If there is a possibility of entering personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses) within the Internet offer, this data is disclosed by the user on an entirely voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services is allowed -if technically possible and reasonable- also without providing such data or with anonymized data or a pseudonym. The use by third parties of contact data like postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers published within the framework of the legal notice or comparable data as well as email addresses for the forwarding of not explicitly requested information is not allowed. Legal measures against the senders of so-called spam mails in case of violation of this prohibition are explicitly reserved.

5. Legal validity of this exclusion of liability

The exclusion of liability has to be considered as part of the Internet offer from which reference was made on this page. If sections or individual formulations of this text do not, no longer or do not completely correspond to the current legal position, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected by this in their content and validity.
